What a week! Starting out the week with a very competitive listing that hit the market and took the drivers seat. My Sellers listened to the recommended list price and it paid off. Over 20 showings on the property and 5 offers to go over by the end of the week!

I also finished up a comparative market analysis for an awesome property in Dunnville and presented them the numbers. They built a great home on a nice property and will do very well for themselves if they put it up on the market!
I also have the opportunity of having a building lot signed exclusively as it gets finished up in my favourite part of Niagara. This lot in Fenwick will be a great opportunity for someone to build their family home in an amazing town!
Ended off the week with a lot of showings in all different parts of Niagara which is great to get some research on properties throughout the region!
