Kevin sold my house in Port Colborne and he was a god send!! We have two large dogs and the house is 900 square feet so keeping the place clean is impossible. Kevin told me right off the bat that if we listen to him we’ll do well, so I listened! He always gave multiple options of what we COULD do but he always swayed you towards the right option to choose. Following Kevin’s lead we did what we could in the few days we had to prep our house for sale.
