I had 2 houses close this week on the same day! This made for an interesting week, making sure everyone was on track and that the closings would be going smoothly.
I also had another listing get SOLD firm. We had an accepted offer last week that took some managing to get the conditions to go through successfully and become another listing sold over asking. Patience came in handy on this one as it was not a regular transaction.
Also had an active listing receiving a lot of attention, multiple showings, and interest. This gun club listing has a lot of people seeing the potential to live their dreams! It also requires a lot of behind the scenes work to make sure I can get everyone the information needed on this one.
Finally, finished off the week prepping another house to be listed at the start of the next week, and hit every stage of a real estate listing in one week! That’s exciting, and that’s why I love real estate.
