Another juggling act this week in Real Estate!
We started the week off listing a Gun Club, which is unlike anything I’ve ever listed. It was a really fun process prepping this listing and shooting the video. The video and listing were very unique, so we actually had a few variations as well as a few differing opinions on the one to choose. This is new for us at Right Choice. We talked it out and made a decision which I think was a great move, and the video has done really well for the listing.
I also accepted an offer on my condo listing in Welland. As we got down to the wire there was a problem with the CRA getting documents through which I myself am experiencing! Covid is not helping this situation for the CRA, and because I know exactly what the Buyer may be dealing with, we made the decision to extend the conditions and allow them the time required to get this house sold!
Mixing this in with 1am phone calls, calling agents to get a look at the condo listing as backups, an showing some houses on my own…this was real estate juggling at it’s finest!
