Lose to the Senators and you’re FIRED… bye bye Julien. The Montreal Canadiens are just a mess right now and can’t seem to get anything going.
They had some high expectations this year and I think the playoffs were one of them. With a great goaltender in Carey Price, as well as skilled pieces and some veterans it makes sense. They have since drastically fallen in the power rankings, and appear to be spiralling out of control.
Just seems to be the Canadien way. Get some talent, nobody meshes, and you fail to go anywhere. The distance from the 1993 Cup is going to continue to grow and may get to a century before this franchise wins it again!
