I’m almost at 5 years in Real Estate and I have slacked through all of it in updating how I have progressed.
I have really carved a path later in this time towards what I like, what I’m good at, and it’s help my business double in size over the last 2 years.
I had success with my first listing. It was priced competitively, received multiple offers, and I even squeezed some juice out in my first ever working with multiple offers. I thought this was the normal practice. I have learned since, that this is not the normal practice, it’s rare, and elite practice.
I also wrote my own first offer, properly. Something I quickly learned that many agents do not do. My brokerage at the time had good training on Buyer protections in offers, and I soaked it up and learned ways to protect in many situations.
Now we are here, where I can put my listing skills on the table, and I can market houses like I couldn’t before. I have zoned in on listing houses, and want to master the craft.
