I listed this property a little higher than what the analysis suggested and the results showed. The Seller wanted to try a higher number instead of what was recommended and we went with it.
The property sold, and we even got OVER Asking even though it only had 1 offer. I had to work overtime negotiating this offer to get the Seller the price he wanted without having multiple offers to get it.
End of the day we got it sold at a price he is happy with even though we listed a little bit over what was recommended by the analysis
