This week I put a deal together with Kacey Cook and although we have worked together for years, this is our first deal we have done together.
It was not a sunshine and rainbows negotiation either! We really battled for our Seller and Buyer and we did most of it face to face! We had some good moments of negotiation but in the end we got a deal put together for our Buyer and Seller.
I’m excited to have finally done our first deal together, and look forward to more deals done within our brokerage. It’s always the toughest negotiating.
