We are in such a weird place in the real estate market here in Niagara. We have houses sitting on the market longer than they have in months…while at the same time we have houses selling 100, 150 thousand over asking.
A lot of Sellers are listing their houses low and getting great offers, as well as Sellers listing around market value and getting none. It is definitely a change that’s happening in our market and the listings need to accommodate this change to be as successful as they can be.
