Real Estate has many ups and downs and sometimes they are jammed into 1 week!
This week I listed another property that came out hot and had action and interest right away, which is usually a sign of a good listing. This one was a little different because it was my sisters house!
I also had some downs on the week with a couple listings lost.This happens and is part of the business. I use these as learning opportunities to make my business as good as possible.
First lost listing was over commission. I know that I can make my Sellers the most amount of money available on the market, and myself and all of Right Choice have the best marketing in all of Niagara. This is why I made the decision to walk away from a listing. Knowing your worth is important, and paying the right commission to the agents bringing Buyers to your listings is even more important.
The second was over pricing. I go into my listings very confident in the price I present because of the HOURS of research and homework I do when pricing out that home. I do not like taking severely overpriced listings, because it is not good for them, or myself.
I was really excited to finish the week off with some very fun videos of our new gun club listing that will be hitting the market shortly. This was unlike any other listing video, and I can’t wait to see the results.
