We have had rental equipment companies targeting elderly homeowners for years and I had another one to try and help this week.
This was the biggest bill I have seen from these contracts including one rental alone being over $30,000. This is disgusting and these companies need to brought down so this does not happen anymore.
This is the second time in my years in real estate to have a situation like this and I really hope it’s my last. Myself and my Seller are very grateful for our lawyer because they were able to go after this company and shave tens of thousands of dollars from the payouts, and leave her more money from the sale of her home.
