Recently we have been seeing “Over Asking” sale signs everywhere and Seller’s really trying to reach with their list prices but I haven’t heard anyone talking about what else is available for Seller’s in this market.
There are SO many more things available that you can get for yourself as a Seller to really make your listing a success. You want to have your representation negotiate everything in that offer to make it as good as you can.
