Real Estate is never the same week after week.
Last week was a struggle to find answers from multiple people as I tried to get as much information as possible to help me price out a gun club. While waiting on some answers I used that time to price out some houses.
This past week, I got answers from sources I was reaching out to, and got enough to put some pricing down on paper. This process was long, but it was fun and most certainly a good opportunity to gain some knowledge.
Using the software to its fullest in processing deals is another everchanging part of real estate and we ironed out a few pieces this week with some of my closings. Making sure all documentation and numbers are correct is crucial.
I finished out the week working with some amazing first time Buyers and helping them shop for their first home. Combine this with prepping some houses to hopefully hit the market next week!
